Developing services for Bahraini citizens priority

The government is committed to enhancing cooperation with the Municipal Councils to continue implementing projects and initiatives.

This was affirmed by the Deputy King, His Royal Highness Prince Salman bin Hamad Al Khalifa, as he highlighted the shared responsibility to develop services offered to citizens. HRH the Crown Prince and Prime Minister was speaking as he met yesterday with the Chairmen of the Municipal Councils, and their deputies, at Gudaibiya Palace.

His Royal Highness highlighted the importance of building on Bahrain’s previous successes and achievements to support the Kingdom’s comprehensive development, led by His Majesty King Hamad bin Isa Al Khalifa.

The Chairmen of the Municipal Councils and their deputies expressed their appreciation for HRH Prince Salman’s commitment to supporting efforts to sustain the Kingdom’s development process and affirmed their dedication to achieving the desired goals.

The Deputy Prime Minister, Shaikh Khalid bin Abdulla Al Khalifa, Finance and National Economy Minister Shaikh Salman bin Khalifa Al Khalifa and Municipal Affairs and Agriculture Minister Wael bin Nasser Al Mubarak attended the meeting.
