HRH Prince Salman edict restructures engineering council

His Royal Highness Prince Salman bin Hamad Al Khalifa, the Crown Prince and Prime Minister, yesterday issued Edict (66) of 2022, restructuring the Council for Regulating the Practice of Engineering Professions, based on the proposal of the Minister of Works, and following the approval of the Cabinet.
According to the edict, the Council for Regulating the Practice of Engineering Professions shall be restructured as follows: Dr Abdulla Yusuf Taleb Abdulghani (Chairman), Eng. Abdulnabi Abdulla Al Sabah (Deputy Chairman), Eng. Isa Ali Janahi (member), Eng. Khalid Mohammed Al Ansari (member), Eng. Ghada Humaid Al Marzouq (member), Eng. Noor Jaafar Al Mutawa (member), Eng. Mohammed Mirza Al Oraibi (member), Eng. Reem Ebrahim Khalfan (member), Eng. Mariam Mohammed Shams Al Ansari.
Members of the council shall serve for a three-year term that can be renewed once. The Minister of Works and the concerned entities, each in their capacity, shall implement the provisions of this edict which takes immediate effect, and will be published in the Official Gazette.
