HM King Hamad hails outgoing GCC Secretary General contributions

His Majesty King Hamad bin Isa Al Khalifa commended outgoing Gulf Cooperation Council (GCC) Secretary General Dr Nayef Al Hajraf for his efforts during his term and praised his endeavours and ability to develop work of the General Secretariat.
HM the King also highlighted Dr Al Hajra’s success in enhancing the process of Gulf joint efforts to achieve the aspirations of the GCC states and its peoples for greater stability, integration and prosperity, and to continue its role in consolidating regional and global peace, security and stability.
His Majesty was speaking as he received Dr Al Hajraf, in the presence of His Royal Highness Prince Salman bin Hamad Al Khalifa, the Crown Prince and Prime Minister. HM King Hamad praised the GCC on its achievements in all its fields and wished Dr Al Hajraf success.
Dr Al Hajraf thanked HM the King on his continuous support to the GCC and highlighted Bahrain’s active role and efforts to promote cooperation.
