Bahrain’s first-of-its-kind Young Ideator’s Festival: Bloom Bahrain 2023

IIPA & Bloombloom jointly announced Bloom Bahrain 2023, a 2+ month-spanning ideathon for students. Participants can submit their ideas in areas of Science, Technology and Creativity (& Personality) and themes around them.

The selection process will have three rounds, curated by leaders from across the globe. Students can work on their ideas based on their convenience & time and will get free access to 20+ nurturing events such as workshops, mentor clinics, boot camps, and mock-pitching during weekends.

Sessions are not mandatory. Students can work individually or as a team of 3 members. They can also work with other mentors externally. Panellists include R Abhilash, Bimal Nair, Raju Chithambaram, Robin Mathew Krishnakumar, Harsh Dattani, Robin Tommy, Ganesh Padmanabhan, Vishnu Vijayan, Rajashekaran HA, Abhijith BR and others.

The programme is supported by global communities and organisations such as the Programme Management Institute (PMI) Kerala Chapter, B-HUB, DEF CON Trivandrum Group, Adversary Village, Kerala Arts & Crafts Village, Sustera, Shasthra Snehi, Stories in AI, Flutter Trivandrum, Stem Robotics, Technopark Today, Riglabs, Tatos Technologies, Cryptoliterature, Zilicon Technologies, XtrudAR and others.

Registrations are free and close on Feb 3rd, 2023. The final submission date is on Feb 17th, 2023. Recognitions include: - Top 3 Teams in Each Category get cash prizes, ‘Tour to the Future’ & the B-Genius 2023 Title! - The Top 3 Teams in Each Category get Scholarships at Bloombloom - Certificate of Recognition for every participant! - Scholarships worth 5,000 BD. - Tour to the Future: An Exclusive Tour to the Leading Hubs of Scientific, Technological, Cultural & Innovative Significance in India.

The event will recognise the top 3 Innovative Schools 2023 that produce the most Toppers (Top Ideas) and Participants (Idea Submission). The finale and ceremony will be in Bahrain, where toppers will be honoured in the presence of global leaders such as S Somanath, TP Sreenivasan, Harish Sivaramakrishnan and others.
