BCICAI-ISACA Chapter joint technical seminar held

BCICAI (Bahrain Chapter of the Institute of Chartered Accountants of India) and ISACA Bahrain Chapter jointly organised an educational event on ‘Auditing Emerging Technologies’ at Crowne Plaza, Bahrain.
BCICAI Chairperson CA Sharmila Shet and Dr Mazen Ali, President of the ISACA Chapter, addressed and welcomed more than 100 members of both the organisations present.
The technical seminar comprised of an insightful session on ‘Practical insights for Auditors on Robotics Process Automation (RPA)’ by Mr Ravi Jayasundera, CEO-Sysprove Consulting and on ‘Best Practices for Cybersecurity Audit’ by Mr Abubakr Arshad-CTO, Beyon Cyber.
The sessions were followed by a detailed Question and Answer Session where the subject experts cleared the practical doubts raised on each of the topics by the members attending the session.
