HM King Hamad hails Bahrain's humanitarian relief endeavors

His Majesty King Hamad bin Isa Al Khalifa received His Royal Highness Prince Salman bin Hamad Al Khalifa, the Crown Prince and Prime Minister.

The meeting, at the Sakhir Palace, was attended by HM the King's Personal Representative HH Shaikh Abdullah bin Hamad Al Khalifa, HM the King's Representative for Humanitarian Work and Youth Affairs, National Security Adviser and Commander of the Royal Guard HH Shaikh Nasser bin Hamad Al Khalifa, Royal Court Minister Shaikh Khalid bin Ahmed Al Khalifa, and Minister of Foreign Affairs Dr. Abdullatif bin Rashid Al Zayani.

National matters, mainly moving forward to achieve the goals of the Kingdom's progress, were reviewed.

HM the King praised HRH the Crown Prince and Prime Minister's achievements for the nation and dedicated endeavors to consolidate Bahrain's status and competitiveness in a way that contributes to fulfilling the people's aspirations for further progress and prosperity.

HM King Hamad stressed that Bahraini citizens remain at the core of all development plans.

HM the King referred to the humanitarian mission by the Royal Humanitarian Foundation (RHF) to provide assistance and support to the people in Syrian and Türkiye affected by the earthquakes.

HM King Hamad expressed deep thanks and gratitude to all the people in Bahrain who supported and participated in the national campaign, and stressed that they reflected the values of solidarity, mutual support, and cooperation with all that characterize the Bahraini society.

HM the King hailed the participation of the Bahrain Defence Force (BDF) in the humanitarian relief mission in Türkiye through the Royal Guard search and rescue team and their endeavors to alleviate the suffering of the victims and HH Shaikh Nasser's supervision and follow-up.

HM the King lauded the RHF's role in this regard and stressed that the initiative reflects Bahrain's humanitarian presence and readiness to extend a helping hand and assistance to all countries under various circumstances.
