Bahrain is quickly becoming a popular destination for foreigners, with a globally leading pandemic recovery in the tourism sector.

As a result, the real estate sector is becoming more and more attractive. Recently, Tourism Minister Fatima bint Jaffar Al Sairafi lauded the real estate industry for playing a significant part in the tourism industry.

The minister said that the diversity of tourism projects in the Kingdom is one of the important pillars of tourism attraction because of their modernity and premium services offered to tourists, visitors, and investors.

She stressed the government’s support for private sector tourism establishments, in line with its recently launched tourism sector strategy, and its desire to further diversify tourism-related projects and ventures.

Speaking to The Daily Tribune, Violeta Abboud, Account Manager of Carlton Real Estate, said: “After COVID, I believe Bahrain’s real estate market grew more resilient, and certainly, it is expanding and recovering gradually but steadily.

When clients from various nationalities return, they respond favourably and are buying, renting, and investing in real estate.

End consumers or investors constantly look for the greatest bargains. After COVID, it is a great way to promote tourism in Bahrain; properties with top offers have buyers waiting and ready to grab the bargain."

She added: “Finally, the Bahraini government’s involvement in ensuring that all expatriate buyers and non-Bahraini sellers received security clearances made Bahrain’s real estate market a trustworthy, reliable, and dependable one."

Real estate in Bahrain is a secure place to invest since it provides you with the freedom to enjoy diversification by choosing to live comfortably on the "Happy Island," by being the most successful investor in the Kingdom, or by doing both.

"As an expatriate living in Bahrain, you will feel the balance and equality that everyone is enjoying now.”

According to a study by a group of researchers, the first tourism component is attraction, which is thought to have the most impact over all other components.

The real estate industry participates in tourism through man-made attractions, which include a variety of different land uses and buildings subject to many real estates features, such as purchase, profit, leasing, and structure.
