RHF welcomes returning ‘heroes’ from Syria and Turkey

Royal Humanitarian Foundation (RHF) Secretary General Dr Mustafa Al Sayed held a press conference on the occasion of the return of the delegation of the National Committee for Supporting Earthquake Victims in Syria and Turkey.
Health Ministry Undersecretary Dr. Waleed Al Manae and Dr. Amer Al Durazi, chief of Bahrain Medical Society, together with Mr. Mohamed Ebrahim, from Bahrain Red Crescent Society, attended the event.
They briefed the attendees how they supervised from the first moment they reached the sites, the aid offered by their crews, and the distribution of all materials.
The people in the affected areas thanked His Majesty King Hamad bin Isa Al Khalifa and the government for their prompt action.
Dr. Al Sayed, also CEO of the committee, and the committee are also urging people, organisations, and societies not only to donate clothes but any used medical equipment as Syria did not receive any since 2010.
