Qawwali Night to be held at Cultural Hall

A qawwali performance by renowned Sufi musicians from India led by Shri Nawaz Sabri will be performed at Cultural Hall on 7 March 2023 at 8pm.
It is part of the Spring of Culture festival organised by the Bahrain Authority for Culture and Antiquities (BACA). Ustad Nawaz Sabri belongs to a famous family of qawwals.
His grandfather Ustad Nizam Ragi and father Ustad Samar Nizami were famous qawwals at their time.
At present, Ustad Nawaz Sabri along with his brothers, Anwar Nizami and Ustad Haji Aslam Sabri, is continuing the family tradition.
He has participated in different programs at both national and international levels. The Qawwali Night is held in association with the Embassy of India, Bahrain, and the Indian Council for Cultural Relations.
The seats are free and will be on a first come first serve basis. The Embassy of India invites all music lovers in Bahrain to enjoy the Qawwali Night of Indian Sufi musicians.
