Free medical camp benefits Filipinos and other expatriates

The Christ Commission Fellowship (CCF) Bahrain, led by Pastor Ronaldo Bendanio, organised a medical camp in cooperation with Shifa Al Jazeera Medical Center, led by Medical Director Dr. Salman Ghareeb and Senior Dr. Khuni Moosa, for Filipinos and other expatriates in the Kingdom of Bahrain on 24 February from 8am to 12 noon.

The event was also attended by Philippine Embassy Vice Consul Laser Blitz Sumagaysay and Cultural Attache Jiemarie Mortel-Ladrica.

The event was part of CCF’s goal to pray, care and share for people in need.

A total of 252 expatriates, of which 246 Filipino nationals availed of the free medical services that included blood test for sugar, cholesterol, uric acid, creatinine, SGPT, blood pressure and BMI check-up.

Free doctors consultation upon release of the results.

The participants also received a privileged card and a voucher for free dental consultation.
