HM King Hamad hails growing Bahrain-US ties

His Majesty King Hamad bin Isa Al Khalifa and US Central Intelligence Agency (CIA) Director William Burns reviewed the Kingdom of Bahrain and the US’s bilateral relations, and the advanced level of cooperation between the two countries.
This came as HM the King yesterday received Burns, in the presence of His Royal Highness Prince Salman bin Hamad Al Khalifa, the Crown Prince and Prime Minister; HM the King’s Personal Representative His Highness Shaikh Abdulla bin Hamad Al Khalifa; and HM the King’s Representative for Humanitarian Work and Youth Affairs, National Security Advisor HH Shaikh Nasser bin Hamad
Al Khalifa.
His Majesty praised the longstanding historical relations and joint security action between Bahrain and the US, underpinned by joint coordination and cooperation towards serving mutual interests.
During the meeting, HM King Hamad commended the pivotal role played by the US administration to further support security and stability and reinforce regional and international peace.
