Bahrain Interior Minister hails ‘Maan’ Programme for obtaining ISO accreditation certificate

Interior Minister, General Shaikh Rashid bin Abdulla Al Khalifa, commended the Maan (Together) Programme for its success in obtaining the ISO 37000:2021 – Governance of Organisations accreditation certificate, which is the first entity in Bahrain to do so.
This came as General Shaikh Rashid bin Abdulla yesterday received the Undersecretary for Nationality, Passports and Residence Affairs (NPRA), Chairman of the Committee of Anti-violence and Addiction (Maan), Shaikh Hisham bin Abdulrahman Al Khalifa, in the presence of Maan Programme Director Ali Ameeni.
The Minister congratulated Shaikh Hisham bin Abdulrahman on achieving this advanced level of excellence in performance and quality, especially with the increase in the number of schools covered by the programme to 196 schools and the number of beneficiary students to more than 136,000, as well as the addition of new curricula on peaceful coexistence, combating extremism, and cybersecurity.
