Bangladeshi passport renewal electronic service launched in Bahrain

Transportation & Telecommunication Ministry, represented by Bahrain Post, in cooperation with SADAD Electronic Payment System, launched the passport renewal self-service for Bangladeshi nationals.
The service will be available in five post offices: Manama, Riffa, Isa Town, Hamad Town, and Muharraq.
Post Office Department Director Latifa Mutlaq Al Thawadi said that the cooperation comes within the ministry’s keenness to provide easy and convenient services to Bahrain Post customers by providing various payment channels.
The director stressed the importance of collaborating with the private sector to promote digital services and activate electronic payment and technical solutions to achieve easy access and safe payment for customers.
SADAD CEO and Board Member Dr Mohammed Refaat Al Kashif expressed his happiness in cooperating with the government to provide innovative payment services in line with Kingdom’s digitalisation plan.
