Kooheji completes Desert Force training

Bahrain professional fighter Hamza Kooheji of team Khalid bin Hamad Mixed Martial Arts (KHK MMA) has completed his preparations for the
MMA Championship "Desert Force 17" at the Al Hussein Youth City Boxing Arena in Jordan's capital Amman, when he takes on Jordanian fighter Ghalib Harahsheh on Monday.
Kooheji conducted his final training session yesterday led by his coaching staff which lasted an hour and a half which included warm-up exercises and running and technical aspects.
He travels to Jordan tomorrow, takes part in a weigh-in on Sunday and fights Harahsheh on Monday.
Kooheji said he would do his best in the competition which sees strong competition from many prominent fighters from the region and thanked the representative of His Majesty the King to Charity and Youth Affairs, Chairman of the Supreme Council for Youth and Sports and President of the Bahrain Olympic Committee, Shaikh Nasser bin Hamad Al Khalifa and First Deputy Chairman of the Supreme Council for Youth and Sports President of the Bahrain Athletics Association, Shaikh Khalid bin Hamad Al Khalifa for all their support ahead of the championship.
