EWA Bahrain plans new service-centre platform

The Electricity and Water Authority plans to create a new platform for receiving service requests, according to a tender launched.
The tender also says the new platform will have two channels, a mobile app and a website, to allow customers to file service requests online.
The tender is for appointing an agency to create the service centre platform. Interested parties should file bids before the 24th of May 2023 with a BD1,000 valid for 180 days.
The tender fee is BD30. The initial bond should be in the form of a Certified Cheque, Bank Guarantee, Insurance Policy or Cash (or as specified in the Tender.
