Bahrain participates in 32nd session of UN Commission on Crime Prevention

Brigadier Abdulaziz Al Rumaihi, the Director-General of Criminal Investigation and Forensic Science, headed Bahrain’s delegation to the 32nd session of the United Nations Commission on Crime Prevention and Criminal Justice (CCPCJ), which took place from May 19 to May 27.
He reviewed the Kingdom’s crime prevention and criminal justice achievements, including implementing the Alternative Sanctions and Measures Law in 2018 as a project to promote criminal justice and human rights, along with the open prison programmes.
