Women Collective Artists (WCA) opened their first Painting Exhibition titled ‘L’âme De Femme’ at the McIndeez Centre in Mahooz, showcasing a collection of works created by women artists - housewives and professionals alike. Meaning the “Soul of Women”, the expo displays 35 works of 23 women artists from various backgrounds and countries. Renowned Bahraini Artist Balqees Fakhro was the Chief Guest of yesterday’s event. Joining her were Latha Unnikrishnan, the Director of The Daily Tribune and McIndeez, RJ Noor from the 973 Show, Blessy George from WCA and Sumithra Praveen, the Co-Founder of Women Across, as Guests of Honour. The exhibition, which continues its artistic journey until the 2nd of June, opens its doors from 8:00 am to 8:00 pm daily. Entry is free to the public
