Praise for efforts to groom military competencies

The Minister of Defence, Lieutenant General Abdullah bin Hassan Al Noaimi, commended the remarkable role of the Royal Command, Staff and National Defence College in grooming the military competencies.
This came as the graduation ceremony of the 15th Joint Command and Staff session was held yesterday under the patronage of His Majesty King Hamad bin Isa Al Khalifa, the Supreme Commander of the Armed Forces.
HM the King deputised Bahrain Defence Force (BDF) Commander-in-Chief, Field Marshal Shaikh Khalifa bin Ahmed Al Khalifa, to attend the celebration.
The BDF Commander-in-Chief deputised the Minister of Defence to attend the graduation ceremony, which was held at the Royal Command, Staff and National Defence College.
The Defence Minister was welcomed on arrival at the venue of the celebration by Chief of Staff, Lieutenant General Dhiyab bin Saqr Al Nuaimi, and Commander of the Royal Command, Staff and National Defence College Rear Admiral Abdullah Saeed A Mansouri.
In his speech, Al Noaimi paid tribute to HM the King for his care and support, praising the valuable directives of His Royal Highness Prince Salman bin Hamad Al Khalifa, the Crown Prince, Deputy Supreme Commander of the Armed Forces and Prime Minister.
