RHF awarded Hamdan-ICESCO Prize

The Royal Humanitarian Foundation (RHF) was honoured with the esteemed Hamdan-ICESCO Prize for their voluntary efforts in developing education facilities across the Islamic world, during a ceremony held in Rabat, Morocco.
Dr. Mustafa Al-Sayed, the Secretary-General of RHF, accepted the award from HH Shaikh Rashed bin Hamdan Al Maktoum, the Supreme President of the Hamdan bin Rashid Al Maktoum Foundation for Distinguished Academic Performance, and Dr Salim M. AlMalik, the Director-General of the Islamic World Educational, Scientific, and Cultural Organisation (ICESCO).
On this occasion, His Highness Shaikh Nasser bin Hamad Al Khalifa emphasised that charitable endeavours in the kingdom are rooted in the visionary leadership of His Majesty King Hamad bin Isa Al Khalifa, who serves as the Honorary President of RHF.
HH Shaikh Nasser, the Personal Representative for Humanitarian Work and Youth Affairs of HM the King and Chairman of RHF’s Board of Trustees, further underscored His Majesty’s unwavering directives to swiftly assist those in need in various countries.
His Highness expressed appreciation for the dedication of His Royal Highness Prince Salman bin Hamad Al Khalifa, the Crown Prince and Prime Minister, in supporting humanitarian and charitable initiatives.
HH Shaikh Nasser highlighted the Kingdom’s commitment to establishing educational projects that elevate the quality of education, promote enlightenment, and enhance educational opportunities in Islamic societies, thereby contributing to a better future for children in those nations.
In addition, HH Shaikh Nasser paid tribute to the executive management and staff of RHF for their invaluable roles in delivering humanitarian aid both in Bahrain and abroad.
