Qatar's Ministry of Foreign Affairs said on Tuesday that it is working to establish an embassy in Bahrain in line with the goals of the 'Al-Ula' summit.
Dr. Majed bin Mohammed Al Ansari, Advisor to the Bahrain Prime Minister and Minister of Foreign Affairs and Official Spokesperson, stated that efforts are being made to establish embassies between the two nations, particularly in light of the reintroduction of six daily flights between them.
The Qatari-Bahraini Follow-Up Committee met for the third time in Doha to supplement earlier sessions in the execution of the Al-Ula Declaration, which is based on the desire of the two nations' leaders to achieve the goals and aspirations of the two brotherly peoples.
Meanwhile, Qatar's and the UAE's embassies reopened on Monday to resume operations after the two countries agreed to restore diplomatic ties, as stated by Qatar's foreign ministry.
In 2017, the UAE, Bahrain, Saudi Arabia, and Egypt severed diplomatic ties with Qatar. They did, however, sign a reconciliation deal with Doha in 2021 to reestablish their relations.
