Experience Eid Al Adha’s six days of fun and celebration in Bahrain

Everyone is excited for the upcoming six-day break for the Eid Al Adha holidays, and there will be many unique celebrations taking place in Bahrain in the coming days that you will not want to miss!
The Eid weekend will be filled with several fun events like face-painting, annual folk events, buffets, amazing shopping deals and promotions, and above all, lots of Arabic hospitality to experience.
For those wishing to indulge in shopping during the holiday, there are numerous last-minute deals to get a hold of, according to the Bahrain City Centre’s website, where they are offering deals up to 75 percent off for the holiday season.
Beginning from June 22 to July 31, shoppers can enjoy up to 70 percent off a wide selection of designer and beauty products in store! Not only that, but Oxxo is offering a 30–50 percent discount on selected items as well.
Bath & Body Works is also holding Eid flash deals from June 23 to June 26, offering special daily surprise deals. For residents wishing to take part in cultural events, the Bahrain Culture and Archaeology Authority is organising an event to revive the annual folk heritage custom "Alhiya Beya" on Arafa Day, tomorrow at 5:30 pm at Boumaher Castle, with free admission for everyone.
Additionally, Dragon City is celebrating Eid with a range of activities for families to enjoy, from Arabic hospitality, kids’ activities such as arts and crafts, face painting, stilt walkers, balloon twisters, and more! Face painting, Arabic hospitality, arts and crafts, and balloon twisters start from 6 pm to 10 pm.
The first set of stilt walkers starts at 7:40 pm to 7:55 pm and the second set starts at 9:15 to 9:30 pm. The Dragon City Eid celebrations start on Wednesday, June 28, and end on Saturday, July 1.
Eid Al Adha comes with delicious food and celebrations with family. Special Eid buffets, featuring fragrant rice dishes, refreshing salads, and delectable desserts, will be happening all at the Gulf Hotel from June 28 to June 30. The Crowne Plaza Bahrain is also offering a delightful lunch buffet at La Mosaique on the first two days of Eid, followed by an amazing Friday brunch on the third day.
Bahrainis shared with The Daily Tribune their exciting Eid plans. Ahmed said, "I am excited to share the holiday with my family, indulge in delicious food, and at night share some time with close friends." Tofoof said, "The preparation for Eid is extensive. The women are partaking in shopping trips."
