Everyone should have at least one dream since it is what motivates them to persevere despite all the odds in life.

Sreekumar Sreedharan has one such dream, and it involves Bahrain, where he has lived as an expatriate since 2004.

The skilled artist and sculptor’s greatest ambition is to construct a 150,000-square-metre commercial building complex that will elevate Bahrain among other nations.

The 45-year-old Indian has with him a detailed blueprint of the design, which he is willing to show any investor who can make this dream a reality.

According to Sreekumar’s plan, the complex will be a set of seven buildings that represent each alphabet of the word ‘BAHRAIN’ and can be read from the sky.

The building complex is expected to include commercial establishments, offices, and facilities, including a helipad. "I have been in Bahrain for nearly 20 years, and this dream has been in my mind for a very long time," he told the Daily Tribune.

"I believe this is a wonderful idea and has not been done by any other country in this world. The entire complex will comprise seven separate buildings, each shaped B, A, H, R, A, I, and N. Many leading local and international companies will see it as a matter of pride to get an office here due to its uniqueness."

Sreekumar, who hails from Thrissur in the south Indian state of Kerala, is on the lookout for people who can make this dream a reality.

"I need investors who can actually put my plan into action. Since the day I made Bahrain my second home, I have desired to use my artistic skills for this country. Hence, after many years of hard work, I have conceived a project that will ensure that Bahrain’s name will be etched among other countries that have made landmark accomplishments in the field of sophisticated construction."

He is very hopeful of having his dream achieved since he believes that ‘Bahrain is a country that accepts artists.’

This dream project of his is a dedication to the rulers of Bahrain, he added, hoping that the construction of this magnificent structure will stand tall on any coast of Bahrain.

Currently, Sreekumar is working for an events and exhibition company and has extensive experience in the field of construction in Bahrain and India.
