Joint campaign in Bahrain targets used spare parts and junk traders

A targeted crackdown on shops suspected to have been involved in the buying and selling of used spare parts and junk, with alleged links to dealing stolen goods, took place yesterday in Bahrain.
The joint inspection campaign, organised by the Capital Governorate, witnessed officials conducting thorough checks on numerous establishments within the Capital Municipality, resulting in the identification of several violations.
The campaign aimed to address concerns regarding shops that were allegedly involved in purchasing stolen materials without reporting them.
The campaign was in coordination with the Nationality, Passports, and Residence Affairs (NPRA), the Labour Market Regulatory Authority, and the Ministry of Industry and Commerce.
