Three Bahraini teenagers die in accident, one seriously injured

Three Bahraini teenagers were killed at dawn today (July 8) on Budaiya Highway, near the car showrooms opposite the Sanabis area, when their vehicle collided with a large truck parked on the side of the road. A fourth teenager is being treated for injuries.
Sources told Al Ayam that the accident occurred at around 4.50 a.m. when the car in which the four young men were speeding lost control and collided with the truck.
The sources added that the driver and the front passenger died at the scene of the accident, while the third youth died in the operating room despite attempts to resuscitate him. He suffered from severe injuries throughout his body, especially in his head and chest, while the fourth youth, who is 17 years old, is still under observation.
The funerals of two of the deceased, Firas Hussein Yateem and Muhammad Youssef Ahmed Kazem, aged 18 and 19 years, are scheduled to be held in the Sanabis cemetery today, while the funeral of Ali Abdul Reda Al-Nawakhada will be held in another place.
