Bahrain CP, PM announces directorial changes in government entities

His Royal Highness Prince Salman bin Hamad Al Khalifa, the Crown Prince and Prime Minister of Bahrain, yesterday approved a directorial reshuffle within various government entities.

As part of the changes, Shaikh Mohammed bin Isa bin Ebrahim Al Khalifa, who previously served as the Director of Job Evaluation at the Civil Service Bureau (CSB), has been appointed as the Director of the Administrative Auditing directory at the CSB.

Additionally, in a separate move, HRH Prince Salman appointed Elias Yousif Abdelghaffar as the new Director of Government Systems Development at the Information and e-Government Authority (iGA).

This appointment was made based on the recommendation of the Minister of Interior. Furthermore, HRH Prince Salman named two directors in the Muharraq Governorate, also based on the Minister of Interior’s proposal.

Hamad Mohammed Al Jowder has been appointed as the Director of Social Programmes and Community Affairs, while Fawaz Yousef Ahmed has been appointed as the Director of Information and Follow-up. The appointments are effective immediately and will be published in the Official Gazette.
