HRH Princess Sabeeka congratulates Shaikha Mai on top Japanese award

Her Royal Highness Princess Sabeeka bint Ibrahim Al Khalifa, Wife of HM the King and President of the Supreme Council for Women (SCW), has congratulated Shaikha Mai bint Mohammed Al Khalifa, Shaikh Ebrahim Centre for Culture and Research Chairperson, for being conferred with the ‘Order of the Rising Sun, Gold and Silver Star’.
Shaikh Mai was granted the Japanese Imperial award in recognition of her valuable efforts in enhancing the Bahraini-Japanese relations through extending cultural bridges and launching joint projects that contributed to strengthening human rapprochement and communication between the two countries.
HRH Princess Sabeeka lauded Shaikh Mai’s career which is laden with landmark achievements, citing her remarkable endeavours that contributed to enriching the cultural landscape in the kingdom, and highlighting Bahrain’s deep-rooted rich heritage, of which everyone is proud.
HRH Princess Sabeeka wished Shaikha Mai continued success HRH Princess Sabeeka in serving the homeland.
