Prime Minister’s Fellowship Programme builds national talent

Education Minister Dr. Mohammed bin Mubarak Juma affirmed the role of the Prime Minister’s Fellowship Programme in the professional development and capacity building of national talent under the leadership of His Majesty King Hamad bin Isa Al Khalifa.
He commended the continuous follow-up of His Royal Highness Prince Salman bin Hamad Al Khalifa, the Crown Prince and Prime Minister, on the programme.
During a meeting with the eighth intake of the programme, the minister said it reflected the abundance of creative and ambitious young energy within government institutions.
He emphasised the importance of investing in national talent by providing all forms of support to drive qualitative productivity and innovation in various fields.
Dr. Juma highlighted the ministry’s role and mission, in addition to the programmes and projects undertaken by the Ministry, which aims to provide quality education to students and apply international educational policies and best practice.
He also addressed the role of the Higher Education Council in enhancing the performance of universities, attracting the best academic programmes, and regulating the higher education sector.
