Preparations have kicked off to make the eagerly anticipated New Year’s Eve 2024 and Bahrain Festival City 2023 celebrations in the Kingdom memorable and exciting for GCC and regional tourists.
The Bahrain Tourism and Exhibitions Authority (BTEA) has officially opened the bidding process for event management companies and attracted three companies.
The primary objective of both events is to attract visitors from across the GCC and the wider region, thereby promoting tourism and instilling a sense of positivity within the community.
Bahrain International Circuit quoted BHD 1,620,493.600, Pico International (Bahrain) wrote BHD 1,601,160.000, and FY Advertising and P Publicity suggested BHD 764,500.000.
With the goal of surpassing the success of previous editions, the BTEA seeks companies to leverage the achievements of past events to maximise their potential and success. To ensure an unforgettable experience, the authority mandates the use of top-tier equipment, exceptional venue setups, and seamless logistical arrangements.
Bidders are required to strictly adhere to the terms, regulations, and safety measures set forth by governmental entities, including the Ministry of Health (MOH) and the Ministry of Interior (MOI).
