Arab Parliament speaker hails Bahrain’s judicial progress

His Majesty King Hamad bin Isa Al Khalifa’s visionary approach to achieving an independent judiciary contributed significantly to the progress of Bahrain’s judicial system,” said Adel bin Abdulrahman Al-Asoomi, the Speaker of the Arab Parliament.
Al-Asoomi made the remarks during a meeting with Counsellor Adel Fahim Mohamed Azab, the President of the Egyptian State Council, and members of the Council’s General Assembly.
The speaker also stressed that the collective efforts of His Majesty King Hamad bin Isa Al Khalif and the government, under the leadership of His Royal Highness Prince Salman bin Hamad Al Khalifa, the Crown Prince and Prime Minister, backs the judiciary in upholding rights, fostering social security, and maintaining stability within the kingdom.
He further expressed gratitude for the directives of both His Majesty King Hamad and President Abdel Fattah El-Sisi to strengthen bilateral ties across various levels. Counsellor Mohamed Azab praised Bahrain’s Supreme Judicial Council’s (SJC) presidency of the Arab Union of Administrative Judiciary (AUAJ), headquartered at Egypt’s State Council.
He expressed confidence in Bahrain’s ability, as AUAJ President, to foster brotherhood and friendship among Arab administrative courts and state councils. Furthermore, he lauded the Arab Parliament’s efforts, under the leadership of Speaker Adel Al-Asoomi, to bolster joint Arab action and enhance cooperation among Arab nations.
The meeting stressed the shared commitment to advancing the principles of justice, equality, and collaboration throughout the Arab world.
