The Royal Humanitarian Foundation (RHF) has launched its online registration for scholarships, available to its sponsored students. Running from August 27 to 31, this initiative is for academic year 2023-2024.

The programme, known as "Tamayouz," is tailored for graduate students and provide enhanced opportunities for sponsored students to pursue their higher education.

To apply, register intent by visiting www.rhf.gov.bh and complete the online form and attach coloured PDF copies of the necessary documents.

Eligibility criteria include being a graduate sponsored by RHF in the 2023-2024 period, possessing Grade Point Averages (GPA) ranging from 80% to 89.99%, and securing acceptance into institutions like the University of Bahrain, the Bahrain Polytechnic, or the College of Health Sciences.

It's vital to note that candidates should not have received scholarships from other entities. Selection for the scholarships will be based on the highest academic achievements.

Dr Mustafa Al Sayad, Secretary-General of RHF, emphasised that this initiative aligns with the directives of His Majesty King Hamad bin Isa Al Khalifa, RHF’s Honorary President.

The programme also enjoys the support of His Highness Shaikh Nasser bin Hamad Al Khalifa, RHF’s Board of Trustees Chairman, and HM the King’s Representative for Humanitarian Work and Youth Affairs.

This scholarship project is an extension of the "Study Scholarships" endeavour for orphans under RHF's sponsorship. Under this initiative, the RHF allocates 50 annual scholarships for recently graduated orphans.

Dr. Al Sayad highlighted that, over the years, these scholarships have benefited 1279 students.

The scholarships for the upcoming academic year are intended for students studying within the Kingdom of Bahrain, specifically at institutions such as the University of Bahrain, the Bahrain Polytechnic, and the College of Health Sciences.
