LEBANESE GASTRONOMIC WEEK

Sofitel Bahrain will be hosting its first ever Lebanese Gastronomy Week on the 19th – 21st November 2015, featuring the well-known Lebanese Chef Joe Barza. Chef Joe is a veteran of both Arabic and International Cooking Styles, well- known throughout the Middle East for his presence on various TV Shows along with multiple culinary awards and representing Lebanon across the globe in numerous culinary events 

ANNUAL SHAHRAZAD CHARITY SALE BAZAAR

Date: today from 9am to 7pm

Venue: Shahrazad Hall, Budaiya Road 

The 9th Annual Charity Sale Bazaar takes place in Shahrazad Hall (Behind Zait Al Zaytoon/ Little Chef Restaurant –Budaiya Road) on the 20-21 November 2015 from 9 a.m. to 7 p.m. Clothes, books, furniture,toys, kitchen items, electronics, plants, games, Art Work, antiques, etc will be on sale. All proceeds from the sale of donated items will go toward supporting children with Cancer under the “Smile” initiatives organized by Future Society ForYouth and other charitable causes.

Organised by Bahrain Culina Training Centre the much awaited Pound Cakes Festival takes place on 21 November from 9am to 4.30pm. The festival will have 7 kinds of pound cakes - Cake Aux Fruits, Lemon Cake, Vanilla, Marzipan, Orange Cake Chocolate, Pie Extra, Strawberry Pistachio and Sweet Travel Raspberry. 

ART RECYCLING WORKSHOP

Venue: Bahrain National Museum

Think, imagine, discover and learn through a variety of new generation art practices. Art practices using modelling compounds that encompass learning techniques by recycling material to create your favourite figures from the Kalila and Dimna stories.

Registration is on till Wednesday November 18, and is open to children ages 5-12 years old. 

KK LIVE IN CONCERT
