ASU offers scholarships for first academic year in British hosted programmes

Applied Science University (ASU) announced new partial scholarships ranging from 30% to 40% on the first academic year to all students enrolled in British programmes hosted by London South Bank University (LSBU) for the first semester 2023/2024, according to the graduation GPA of the applicant.

In fact, students with GPA of 85% or above receive a 40% scholarship, while students with GPA of less than 85% receive a 30% scholarship for the first academic year, and students continue to receive partial scholarships for the remaining academic years as per the academic excellence scheme, which amount to up to 25%.

Professor Ammar Kaka, President of the University, said that admissions and registration continue for students willing to join the University in the first semester 2023/2024, and explained that the University offers British programmes in cooperation with LSBU in various disciplines that meet the needs of the labour market.

Applicants can enroll at the University by visiting the campus and completing all their registration procedures or through the website of the University.

There are 6 British programmes offered for the first semester 2023/2024 at ASU: BA (Hons) Business Management, BEng (Hons) Mechanical Engineering, BEng (Hons) Electrical and Electronic Engineering, BEng (Hons) Civil Engineering and BEng (Hons) Architectural Engineering, in addition to LLB (Hons) Law, which is distinguished by providing students with the opportunity to study both the Bahraini and British laws, which opens broad prospects for them to work in the legal field after graduation and successfully join the labour market in Bahrain and beyond.
