Bahrain to participate in Cityscape Global in Riyadh

Shaikh Mohammed bin Khalifa bin Abdulla Al Khalifa, the CEO of the Real Estate Regulatory Authority (RERA), has announced Bahrain's active participation in Cityscape Global, scheduled to be held in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia from today until Wednesday.

The Bahraini delegation attending Cityscape Global at the Riyadh Exhibition and Convention Centre includes representatives from both the public and private sectors.

These representatives hail from institutions such as the Ministry of Finance and National Economy, RERA, Diyar Al Muharraq, Durrat Al Bahrain, Marassi Al Bahrain, and Bareeq Al Retaj.

This strategic move aligns with Bahrain's overarching strategy, aimed at enticing prominent developers and investors while fostering the exchange of regional and international expertise.

It is in line with the National Real Estate Sector Plan for 2021-2024. Cityscape Global serves as an ideal platform to promote the Government Land Investment Platform, an initiative designed to streamline commercial procedures and enhance their efficiency as part of the Economic Recovery Plan.

Bahrain's active participation in this global exhibition underscores its commitment to strengthening real estate collaborations with Saudi Arabia.
