Hamad Town Walkway Block 1209 project nears deal signing

The Hamad Town Walkway Block 1209 project is fast approaching the implementation phase, the project tender attracting eight bidders.

The project encompasses a range of works, including hard landscaping, soft landscaping, installation of an irrigation network system, construction of a service building, enhancements to the existing walkway, and related infrastructure tasks.

According to the tender, the bids received range between BHD 539,322.403 and BHD 655,836.500. All bids stand accepted.

The bidders include Newcastle construction, Saraya Contractors, Almoayyed landscapes and swimming pools, Gulf Fencing & Specialist Surfacing, Vibrant Services, InterLock Maintenance Construction, Zaedon building construction and Jahecon.

The project is set to span a duration of four months, promising to transform the designated area into an enhanced and more accessible space for residents and visitors alike.

Participation in the tender for this project is open to prequalified contractors specialising in Building Construction Projects, falling within the Grade D to Grade AA classifications as designated by the Ministry of Works.
