HM King Hamad praises HRH Prince Salman’s key contributions

His Majesty King Hamad bin Isa Al Khalifa expressed appreciation for and pride in His Royal Highness Prince Salman bin Hamad Al Khalifa, the Crown Prince and Prime Minister’s role and prominent efforts to develop various tracks of the Bahrain-US cooperation, coordination, and joint action.

HM the King highlighted HRH Prince Salman’s key contributions in strengthening the kingdom’s long-standing robust partnership with the US and various brotherly, allied, and friendly countries.

His Majesty also commended HRH the Crown Prince and Prime Minister’s constant keenness to consolidate the kingdom’s prestigious status, competitive potentials and leading role, both at the regional and global levels.

This came as HM King Hamad received HRH Prince Salman at Al Sakhir Palace yesterday. He was informed about the outcomes of HRH the Crown Prince and Prime Minister’s successful official visit to the US last week.

His Royal Highness gave a briefing about the visit which resulted in signing the Comprehensive Security Integration and Prosperity Agreement between the two countries.

He also held talks with senior US Administration officials on ways to broaden bilateral cooperation towards more integration in the security, military, modern technology, trade and investment fields, in addition to ways to strengthen regional security and economic systems.

Strategic partnership

HM King Hamad praised the outstanding results of HRH the Crown Prince and Prime Minister’s US official visit, noting that they usher in a new phase of strategic partnership between the two countries, which will contribute to consolidating security and prosperity, as well as boost development in the region and the world.

HM the King confirmed the kingdom’s civilisational approach, which is based on strengthening international cooperation, consolidating peace, and promoting economic development and prosperity in the region and the world, noting that the Comprehensive Security Integration and Prosperity Agreement provides an opportunity for all countries to build a better future for the entire world by supporting regional and international stability to achieve peace and sustainable development.
