Bahrain is keen to enhance its cooperation with Saudi Arabia in the youth sector, and its interest in increasing joint programmes, and to exchange of expertise and successful experiences.

This was emphasised by Youth Affairs Minister Rawan bint Najib Tawfiqi as he held a meeting with Khalid bin Abdullah Al Baker, the CEO of Quality of Life (QoL) Programme Centre, in Riyadh.

Tawfiqi briefed the attendees on activities and programmes provided by the ministry, which aim to create opportunities for young people, support their talents, empower them, invest in their abilities, and develop their professional and personal skills that qualify them to lead the future of the Kingdom.

Al Baker outlined the objectives of QoL, which is one of the programmes of Saudi Vision 2030, and contributed to transforming the Kingdom into a destination for international sports and entertainment event, making it a regional and international tourist attraction.

He said that since the launch of the programme in 2018, the centre contributed to improving the lifestyle of youth under the age of 35 by building an ideal society for citizens, residents and visitors to encourage them to innovate and support their talents.
