Bahrain restructures Labour Fund board of directors

The Deputy King, His Royal Highness Prince Salman bin Hamad Al Khalifa, yesterday issued Decree (94) of 2023, restructuring the Board of Directors of the Labour Fund, based on a proposal by the Prime Minister, and following the approval of the Cabinet.
The decree stipulates the following:
Article (I)
The Board of Directors of the Labour Fund shall be restructured under the chairmanship of His Highness Shaikh Isa bin Salman bin Hamad Al Khalifa, and the membership of: HE Hamad bin Faisal Al Malki, HE Nour bint Ali Al Khulaif, Waleed Ibrahim Kanoo, Bassem Mohammad Al Saei, Mohammad Farouq Al Moayyad, Dr. Youssef Yaqoub Al Mas, Yaqoub Youssef Muhammad, and Hassan Abdullah Al Halwaji.
The term of their membership in the Council shall be four years.
Article (II)
The Prime Minister shall implement the provisions of this decree, which takes immediate effect and will be published in the Official Gazette.
