Stage set today in Bahrain for public protest to support Palestine

The Palestine Support Society is organising a public protest today (Oct. 14) at 3.30 pm in Al Sayah in Busaiteen. This stand comes in response to the call of the Holy Qur'an, said the society.

"As we watch and follow the crimes of the Zionist occupation in Gaza, which was targeted with its internationally prohibited missiles and weapons; defenceless civilians, including women, children, and the elderly; and their residential areas, homes, hospitals, schools, and markets, which have claimed hundreds of martyrs up to this moment in violation of all international norms, charters, and laws, as well as human conscience and morals, which were violated with hypocritical and double-standard American Western support," stated the Palestine Support Society.

"This stand is nothing but an expression of the state of Bahraini popular anger that rejects these crimes and rejects any normalisation or rapprochement with an occupying, usurping entity that does not respect human rights and has no covenants, charters, or human morals."

The Palestine Support Society calls on Bahraini citizens, residents, institutions, and associations to participate in the stand and to make their voices heard to everyone by supporting the Palestinian people in their defence of the nation’s sanctities.
