HRH Prince Salman appoints Housing Minister director

His Royal Highness Prince Salman bin Hamad Al Khalifa, the Crown Prince and Prime Minister, yesterday issued Edict (97) of 2023, appointing a director at the Ministry of Housing and Urban Planning, based on a proposal by the Minister of Housing and Urban Planning.

The edict stipulates the following:

Article (I):

Ahmed Abdullah Saleh Al Thawadi shall be appointed as Director of the Information Technology Directorate at the Ministry of Housing and Urban Planning.

Article (II):

The Minister of Housing and Urban Planning shall implement the provisions of this edict, which comes into effect upon its issuance and will be published in the Official Gazette. HRH the Crown Prince and Prime Minister issued Edict (96) of 2023, appointing a director at the Information and e-Government Authority (iGA), based on a proposal by the Minister of Interior.

The edict stipulates the following:

Article (I):

Latifa Mohammed Al Abbasi shall be appointed as Director of the Innovation and Advanced Technologies Directorate at the iGA.

Article (II):

The Minister of Interior shall implement the provisions of this edict, which comes into effect upon its issuance and will be published in the Official Gazette.
