UFO in Bahrain?
Photographs of what is believed to be an Unidentified Flying Object (UFO) have been swarming the local social networking sites during the past few days.
According to unofficial local news networks, the photographs were taken on the eastern costs of Hidd on Friday, showing a huge mysterious object emerging from the clouds.
The picture was reposted quickly by Bahrainis on their personal social media accounts, including Twitter, Instagram and Facebook.
However, comments on the matter varied as many rubbished the idea of aliens invading Bahrain’s skies, explaining “it is either a weird shaped cloud or a fake picture that was electronically edited”.
Regional reports also said that a similar rumour had been spreading in Kuwait earlier this month.
