Second Bahrain relief aid shipment dispatched to Gaza

The Royal Humanitarian Foundation (RHF) and the National Committee for Supporting the Palestinians in Gaza dispatched the second Bahraini aid shipment to Gaza under the patronage of His Highness Shaikh Nasser bin Hamad Al Khalifa, the Representative of His Majesty for Humanitarian Work and Youth Affairs.

It comes following the directives of His Majesty King Hamad bin Isa Al Khalifa.

Mustafa Al Sayed, Secretary General of RHF and Chief Executive of the National Committee for Supporting the Palestinians in Gaza, expressed gratitude for the humanitarian initiatives of HM the King to assist the Palestinian people in Gaza and the afflicted globally.

He expressed gratitude for the support from the government led by His Royal Highness Prince Salman bin Hamad Al Khalifa, the Crown Prince and Prime Minister, and noted the efforts of HH Shaikh Nasser in providing aid to the people of Palestine.

Al Sayed noted that Bahraini humanitarian efforts continue to provide aid to Palestinians in Gaza, with the second shipment sent in less than a week as part of Bahrain’s ongoing humanitarian efforts.

The RHF and the national committee will continue to assist the Palestinian people based on royal directives, he said.
