Three Bahraini children die in Wadi Al Sail fire

A Bahraini family is mourning the loss of three of its children in a devastating fire that occurred in the Wadi Al Sail area yesterday. The heart-wrenching incident left the community in shock and grief.
The victims, identified as a 12-year-old girl, her six-year-old sister, and their five-year-old brother, tragically lost their lives in the incident, as reported by our sister newspaper, Al Ayam.
However, their three other siblings were successfully rescued by the prompt efforts of the authorities. The exact cause of the fire is yet to be determined, as investigations are underway.
The children’s mother was receiving medical treatment at a hospital at the time of the incident. Upon receiving the report, civil defense vehicles swiftly rushed to the scene, initiating firefighting and rescue operations without delay.
Despite the valiant efforts, two of the children, Latifa and Rawan, succumbed to the fire. The third child, Salman, was immediately rushed to the hospital but unfortunately passed away due to severe injuries sustained in the tragic event.
