Bahrain King hails AMH’s quality medical care for all

His Majesty King Hamad bin Isa Al Khalifa commended the American Mission Hospital’s efforts in providing the best medical care to citizens and residents and the excellent reputation it maintains, making it the region’s first leading hospital with over 120 years of experience in the field.
HM the King was speaking as he received Minister of Health, Her Excellency Dr. Jaleela bint Al Sayed Jawad, CEO and CMO of American Mission Hospital, Dr. George Cheriyan, and Ms. Julia Tovey, AMH Group CEO.
HM King Hamad received a model of the newly opened hospital from Dr. Cheriyan, along with a book titled “A Journey Through Time”, a book written by Ms. Tovey documenting the history of the American mission since 1902.
His Majesty hailed the historic Bahrain-US relations in various sectors, including in health and medicine. Dr. Cheriyan thanked HM the King for his ongoing support, which reflects the long-standing cooperation between the two countries.
