HRH Prince Salman appoints seven LMRA directors

His Royal Highness Prince Salman bin Hamad Al Khalifa, the Crown Prince and Prime Minister, yesterday issued Edict (106) of 2023, appointing directors at the Labour Market Regulatory Authority (LMRA), based on a proposal by the Minister of Labour, and Chairman of the Board of Directors of the LMRA.

Under Article (I), the edict stipulates the appointment of the following directors at the LMRA: Omar Mahmood Abdulla Hajeeh as Director of the Human Resources Directorate; Hassan Jamal Abdulrahim Al Rahma as Director of the Business Development Directorate; Eman Abduljaleel Mohammed Shabeeb as Director of the Expatriate Services Directorate; Ahmed Ibrahim Mohammad Al Junaid as Director of the Preventive Monitoring Directorate; Talal Ali Ahmed Al Amer as Director of the Information Technology Directorate; Ahmed Abdulnabi Ali Abdulla as Director of the Labour Systems Development Directorate; and Fahad Abdulaziz Al Binali as Director of the Partnership and Outreach Directorate.

Under Article (II), the Minister of Labour, and Chairman of the Board of Directors of the LMRA shall implement the provisions of this edict, which comes into effect upon its issuance and will be published in the Official Gazette.
