Sakhir and its surrounding areas in Bahrain experienced a rare weather phenomenon as fog enveloped the area, reducing visibility in some governorates.
The fog also provided an opportunity for local bike enthusiasts to showcase their skills and engage in thrilling stunts on empty roads. However, the reduced visibility calls for extra vigilance from residents and motorists.
The Interior Ministry has been raising awareness about road safety, particularly among young people.
Concerns have been raised regarding dangerous stunts performed by bike riders in Bahrain, with The Daily Tribune highlighting continued violations of rules by these individuals. While the fog may provide an appealing backdrop for such activities, reckless behaviour can result in severe consequences.
