Prestigious ‘Bahraini Women’ art exhibition inaugurated in style

The Yusuf bin Ahmed Kanoo Award has officially opened its art exhibition titled “Bahraini Women” for participants in its 11th session at the Bahrain Fine Arts Society.
The prestigious event was held under the patronage and in the presence of His Excellency Shaikh Rashid bin Khalifa Al Khalifa, Chairman of the National Arts Council and Honorary President of the Society.
The notable presence of Khalid Mohammed Kanoo, Chairman of the Award’s Board of Trustees; Fawzi Ahmed Kanoo, Vice Chairman of the Yusuf bin Ahmed Kanoo Group; members of the Award’s Board of Trustees; and several members of the Kanoo family added grandeur to the occasion.
The exhibition showcases over 70 captivating artworks created by talented young artists. It garnered significant attention from art enthusiasts and experienced artists, who marvelled at the exceptional level of artistic expression portrayed by the emerging talents. The exhibition will continue to welcome visitors until tomorrow.
Following the exhibition, the Yusuf bin Ahmed Kanoo Award will announce the winning works.
