Muharraq Governorate hosts National Day event celebration

In the spirit of Bahrain’s National Day celebrations, the Muharraq Governorate organised a grand event in the Diyar Al Muharraq area.

The event was attended by His Excellency Saleh bin Isa bin Hindi Al Manaei, advisor to His Majesty the King for Youth and Sports, and featured wide participation from citizens and expatriates.

On this national occasion, Muharraq Governor H.E. Salman bin Isa bin Hindi Al Manaei extended his sincere congratulations and greetings to His Majesty King Hamad bin Isa Al Khalifa and to His Royal Highness Prince Salman bin Hamad Al Khalifa, the Crown Prince and Prime Minister.

He emphasised that all cities and villages in Muharraq Governorate are witnessing national celebrations in honour of this cherished occasion, which is close to the hearts of citizens and residents.

The celebration programme included various exciting activities, such as a performance by the equestrian troupe affiliated with the Ministry of Interior, shows by school students, folk groups, poetry recitations, and exhibitions of various products from productive families and handicrafts. It concluded national and heritage competitions dedicated to children.
