Bahrain values education: Dr. Jumaa

Bahrain is at the forefront of countries in the region that recognises the importance of education in building nations. This was emphasised by His Excellency Dr. Mohammed bin Mubarak Jumaa, Minister of Education, as he attended the 75th anniversary celebration of Sacred Heart School.
Dr. Jumaa noted that education is vital to promoting peace, tolerance, understanding, and coexistence between cultures and religions. He congratulated Sacred Heart School Principal Rosalyn Thomas and all members of the school.
The Minister highlighted the importance of the school which was further demonstrated by the visit of His Holiness Pope Francis to it during his trip to Bahrain in November 2022 to attend the Bahrain Forum for Dialogue: East and West for Human Coexistence.
Dr. Jumaa said that Sacred Heart School was a significant component of the education of history in Bahrain, commending its efforts in offering quality education.
