Heath sector development on track

His Excellency Lieutenant-General Dr. Shaikh Mohammed bin Abdulla Al Khalifa, Supreme Council for Health (SCH) Chairman, has affirmed that Bahrain is on the right track towards achieving all its goals at all levels in the health sector.

Dr. Shaikh Mohammed stressed the importance of continuing to implement health projects to serve the comprehensive development process, led by His Majesty King Hamad bin Isa Al Khalifa, and supported by His Royal Highness Prince Salman bin Hamad Al Khalifa, the Crown Prince and Prime Minister.

While laying the foundation stone of the “Hussain Ali Yateem Health Centre” at Salman City, Northern Governorate, the SCH head expressed thanks and appreciation to the Ali & Mohammed Yateem Company for its support, and keenness to deliver health and treatment services to patients, within the framework of its social responsibility.

Healthcare

Health Minister, Her Excellency Dr. Jaleela bint Al Sayed Jawad Hassan, underlined the kingdom’s keenness to launch more development projects to improve its health facilities and services so as to ensure the delivery of integrated and distinguished healthcare to everybody.

Cooperation

She commended the major role played by the private sector and civil society organisations in supporting efforts to achieve sustainable development, especially in the health sector, extending thanks and appreciation to the Yateem Family for their contributions, which will ensure the provisions of high-quality healthcare services.
