HM King Hamad hails solid Bahrain-UAE ties and cooperation

His Majesty King Hamad bin Isa Al Khalifa affirmed the importance of the deep-rooted Bahrain-UAE relations and emphasised joint keenness on developing cooperation in various sectors.
HM the King highlighted the UAE’s distinguished status on a regional and international scale, noting the developmental achievements in various sectors, led by His Highness Shaikh Mohammed bin Zayed Al Nahyan, President of the UAE.
HM King Hamad was speaking as he received His Excellency Shaikh Sultan bin Hamdan Al Nahyan, the outgoing Ambassador of the UAE to Bahrain.
He conferred the Order of Bahrain-First Class on the ambassador in recognition of his efforts to develop bilateral relations. Ambassador Al Nahyan extended his appreciation to HM King Hamad for bestowing the Bahrain Order upon him, hailing the efforts of His Majesty on developing cooperation between the two countries.
